This novel is entirely a work of fiction. Names, characters, incidents or places are either the product of the author's imagination or they are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual events or locales, persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. Furthermore, while minor edits have been made to the work in 2007, the entire essence of the story was completed in 2005. As such, any actual occurrences that mirror events in the story since then have also been purely coincidental.
