| FORCE MULTIPLIER OFFICE |
The Force Multiplier Office (FMO) is a central and vital IRIS department.
The FMO has the following functions:
-
to ensure all personnel, at every level, achieve their potential, work optimally and are actively involved in their own personal and professional development, by providing motivation, opportunities and specialist training;
-
to grow leaders capable of passing on their expertise and experience so that the 'multiplier' process is reproduced throughout the organisation;
-
to oversee and administer the development and training needs of IRIS as a whole and to coordinate the efforts of individual units so that they function as unified entity in step with the IRIS global strategy;
-
to work with the Education department in examining new ideas, theories, methods and strategies that enable IRIS to operate more effectively in accomplishing its mission; and
-
to enable all IRIS employees to consistently produce highly leveraged results far in excess of individual limitations and constraints.
